The Cross Country team competed at the Holly Invite Saturday in Davisburg, and despite the rain, the team ran a number of personal and season-best times. Caramia DeGiulio finished first for our ladies in 59th place (24:00), she was followed closely by Ella Clarke (64th, 24:20) and Abi Salamon (68th, 24:34). Abi, Azriel McCalister, and Allison Clarke all ran Personal Best times. The Ladies Team finished in 15th place. The boys team also finished in 15th place. The team was led by Gary Smith, finishing in 76th place with a season-best time of 21:12. He was followed closely by Ryan Gunter in 78th (21:15), Andre Lewis in 82nd (21:26), and Matthew Johnson in 85th (21:29). Chris Turner, Eli Lederman, Logan Armstead, Caleb Strong, and Bryson Jefferson all ran seasonal or personal best times. The team competes Tuesday in their first MIAC Conference meet at Parkway Christian.
